Danilia Village Corfu

Danilia Village is a beautiful replica of a 1930s Corfiot village. Locally It is also known as Bouas Village named after the Boua family that build the village and ran it as a theme park, museum and entertainment centre during the 70s and 80s.

The village has featured in the James Bond film For Your Eyes Only and most recently it was used as an open-air studio to film the ITV Series The Darrells.

After it was shut for a number of Years Grecotel took it over and was reopened exclusively for guests staying at Grecotel Resorts of Kommeno Peninsula. In 2022 Grecotel opened it to the general public as they relaunched it as a theme park museum that anybody could visit.

Danilia Village in Corfu has two open-air village squares, a beautiful church, a traditional café, a large open-air tavern and the largest indoor tavern on Corfu Island. Among the building a visitor will see examples of shops, houses, and other establishments that used to be found in a typical village of its time, as well as utensils, furniture and tools/machinery.

Guided Tour: 10.00 – 19.00 daily (from May to October)
An entrance fee of 10€ per adult and 5€ per child will apply. The amount may be used as a credit against consumption at “Kafeneion” only during the visit.
An entrance fee of 20€ per adult and 10€ per child applies exclusively for guests staying at Grecotel Resorts of Kommeno Peninsula. The fee includes roundtrip transfer, village’s tour and treat at the “Kafeneion”

Dinner: 19.00 – 22.30 (from May to October)

Kafeneion (Traditional cafe): Saturdays & Sundays between 10.00 – 18.00 (from November to April), 10.00 – 19.00 daily (from May to October)
